A Blend with Purpose
Our Flamingos House Blend is a carefully balanced mix of exceptional coffees from Brazil and Uganda, designed to shine as both espresso and filter coffee. Whether you love a velvety flat white or a smooth black coffee, this blend is packed with character.
☕ Brazil – Fazenda Nunes
- Process: Natural
- Altitude: 900-1000 MASL
- Why We Love It: This coffee is part of the IMPACT sustainability programme, which ensures ethical and environmentally responsible farming. The Nunes family’s commitment to sustainable coffee growing means every sip supports people and the planet.
☕ Uganda – Katanda
- Process: Washed
- Altitude: 1300-1600 MASL
- Why We Love It: Sourced from 1,000 smallholder farmers in the Rwenzori Mountains, this coffee represents the strength of community. The farmers of Katanda work closely with Agri Evolve, an organisation dedicated to improving quality and supporting local development, including access to clean water.

What makes this coffee even more special? It’s roasted right here in Leeds, just 3 miles from our coffee house. Our partnership with Chipp Coffee Co means we get our coffee freshly roasted twice a week, ensuring the best possible flavour in every cup.
